Not only is Paris the home of the some of the finest restaurants in the world, but it is also the home of the Michelin guide, and where it all began. So, of course, we must recommend our favorite Michelin Star-rated restaurants in La Ville-Lumière (the City of Lights – and love).  After all, what says love more than amazing food?  Take a trip with us through Paris to visit these Michelin Star-rated restaurants.

Alain Ducass at the Plaza Athénée

Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée

Alain Ducasse is one of the world’s most notable and celebrated chefs. His restaurant group operates 23 restaurants which has earned him 19 Michelin Stars. Our favorite of the group is his namesake restaurant, Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée. You’ll enjoy the award-winning fare so much, you won’t notice that the menu is free of much of the traditional French food you’d expect.

Le Relais Louis XIII

Chef Manuel Martinez works to find the truth in flavors through a meticulous selection process for all the food that enters his kitchen, and the attention he gives to his food benefits us all. Everything from the Breton lobster ravioli, foie gras and cream cep juice starter to the desserts including the Millefeuille, Bourbon vanilla light creme, is a delight.

Paris Picnic

One trend we can recommend in Paris is that of Paris Picnic. The Michelin Star-rated, unique experience is the perfect stop as you’re strolling through the city of love – choose a picnic, dine in or take it away and enjoy it while you’re out enjoying the city, they include a blanket that is yours to keep – a perfect memento of a lovely Parisian experience.

Mariba

The French influence on Vietnamese food not only extends to ingredients but also to methods of cooking, so finding a Vietnamese restaurant on a list of Michelin Star-rated restaurants in Paris is simply logical. Dine on Vietnamese cuisine that will delight the palatte at Mariba, a restaurant with a cozy, casual elegance.

Divin’Art

No trip to Paris is ever complete without a crepe. While you may enjoy basking in the sun with a delicious crepe from a street vendor, we recommend taking that experience to the next level with a visit to Divin’Art, a Michelin Star-rated creperie where you will take in the perfection that is a true French tradition.
While planning your next visit to Paris, be sure to include stops at our favorite Michelin Star-rated restaurants, nothing makes your trip better than experiencing the best of local cuisine.
